Hi Claire T - thanks for that another thing i can try and arrange before i go over.. why i asked about the keyholder was that i dont know anyone that i would trust with our key just yet maybe in time so i thought maybe the security company would be able to hold a key without jepoardizing our insurance. As we are not going to be renting it out then we wont be using an agent either. This company Podehall what exactly do they do?...are they a management company? But if there is someone like that who obvioulsy are ligit and dosen't affect your insurance is there a web or a number you can give me so i could check them out
