It's not just Spain where off plan goes wrong!!

It is said that investors *will not* be having their deposits returned. See the BBC news article here. And some thought our system was so much better than the Spanish one and gave more protection!! I wonder if buying off plan will ever be seen as a viable investment again?? Things are getting worse and worse everywhere. We've seen this happenning in other countries too recently.

I wonder if buying off plan will ever be seen as a viable investment again??
