Thankyou EOS,
We have today completed the sale of our house in the Costa Calida, which we sold thrugh advertising with EOS.
The first person to enquire bought the house , and although it has taken just less than 6 months from viewing to sale, it was well worth it.
The added bonus of no estate agents fees is fantastic.
The house had been on the market for 18 months with agents,but they really didn't seem to try very hard to sell it. They admitted as much, telling us the % commision they were getting from new build made it less attractive to concentate on selling resale.
Although we sold for just under what we paid 4 years ago, because of the euro/pound exchange rate , we have covered all costs and made a small profit too.
Considering the climate in Spain we feel very lucky.
This would not have been the case if we had used agents - so a sale costing 79 euros has been brilliant. THANKS AGAIN JUSTIN and EOS.

Congratulations and thanks for letting us know. It's always nice to get the feedback from the listings.
It is tough at the moment so it's always nice to hear about people managing to sell their properties, one way or another!

That's great drsue, 79€ is such a small fee, isn't it ?
Justin, you told me (after I passed comment ages ago) you were going to rename the boards to try to prevent members from advertising their sales & rentals on them. You said it was for people ASKING for details but that is not clear.
In fact to be truthful it's more clear that members can post details of their property on these boards with the header being currently as it is.
I'm talking about these boards...
Selling your property You have a 79€ fee for selling members property yet members use this board & I see yet another new member's post just deleted as they were advertising their place. It's not their fault it's clear as mud. 
Renting your property - Short term We have a RENTALS section at the top of the page
Renting your property - Long term We have a RENTALS section at the top of the page
