Hi,
We are in the process of finding a agent to rent out our apartment in Archena Murcia,
Its a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Ground Floor apartment on a complex of 236 apartments in total.
There are 3 communal pools, a Gym set in beautiful grounds, & most of all very very peaceful!!
The apartment is in walking distance to the famous
balneario de archena a world class Spa resort which can be viewed on the internet.
If anyone has any advise for us we have never done this before so are total beginners, we are looking for preferbly Longterm lets but also would welcome Shorterm, or if anyone has information about a cleaner that I could contact & could then possibly manage my own rentals!
We would also welcome any information anyone has on Connecting a phone land line, internet access & also Sky free view.
