Could we please speak to anybody that has bought off plan at Duquesa Hills, particularly the terraced ( el Vid ) Properties.
If possible Mr Gussman who has apparently had his money refunded so quickly. Also anybody else that is having problems
getting their money refunded due to late completion of work, and different spec to the developement advertised.
We have been waiting over 4 years, instructed spanish lawyers over a year ago and are still waiting.
Appreciate any responce

There's a "gussman" posting in the owners forum. I see two posts of his.
1st one he says "We've pulled out, a shame but i think a good descision. I think the license is still an issue and the lack of said facilities is one of the many reasons we pulled out."
2nd one he says " We pulled out in May, but we had only paid the holding deposit. If you have signed a contract i don't know how you would stand.
After visiting, we decided, although very nice ( landscaping done and furniture in) There were many issues we weren't happy about, including many advertised incentives that were not as advertised.
It took until two weeks ago though to get our money back, and only after i contact the owner of the company direct. The main office really gave us the run around, using every trick in the book."
