Looking to rent - agent recommendations?

I have a nice 2 bed apartment in Almoradi that I am looking to rent out long term and I wondered if anyone could recommend a good local agent they might have had success with and been happy with their service.

I'm with my third letting agent - the last two let me down badly.

My current one - who seems to have a lot of offices (franchise) - is OPI.  They charge in a different way from the last two.  The former two used to only make a charge when the property was let.  OPI make a charge of about €400 euros for a management fee (payable up front) and this is for checking on your property etc but then there is a letting fee charge - a certain percentage of the rental charge, payable per month, so only the nett amount of rent  goes into my bank account.  The communication is great - a quick internet message etc.  I was over in Spain in April/May, this year to carry out repairs on my house, and to get it ready to be let.  I put it in their hands during my last week there, and they had a tenant lined up for just after I left.  For myself, I can't fault them.  The tenants are in for 6 months, with an option of a further 6 months.
