Cajamurcia online transfers to Spanish accounts

Hi, can anyone help - I bank with Cajamurcia and want to make transfers to various people (property managers, furniture stores etc etc). I can't see any option in the online banking to transfer to a Spanish bank account - am I missing something or has Cajamurcia omitted to put one of the most important facilities in?

I have a Caja Murcia account & use their online banking facility.

I do have the option of making one off or regular payments using the internet banking facility.

However, a fellow owner (also Caja Murcia) wanted to make a transfer for community fees & after I talked her through how to use the internet option she told me that she didn't have a transfer option in the menu on the left hand side, once you are logged in.

I had an email from her today saying that she had phoned their helpline & they had sorted it out for her. The telephone number is on the top right of the screen when you are logged in.

The transfer facility has always been available on my account, I didn't have to phone them. Maybe it is just an occasional glitch.
