On-site facilities at San Cayetano

Hi! My name is Joan and I am from Manchester in England. I own a property in San Cayetano in Murcia and I have just recently registered to this forum. If anyone else lives in the area then I would love to hear from you! I was just wondering if anyone has heard any information about a meeting regarding the swimming pool and other on-site facilities. I would be really grateful if you can help!

Hi Joan,
We have our own forum called Hacienda San Cayetano. Just add the development and you can follow all the latest threads.
I have a house there too and absolutely love the area. The builders are waiting for the licence to start the pool and other facilities- and will build on another part of the site ( which they own - as opposed to the council owning the strip of land designated for the leisure facilities at the moment) if the licence is delayed after Nov 08. All licences have been slow this year due to lots of problems with Mayors etc.
