Outrageous community and admin fees!

Hello Denise.

I really was talking about a complaint from someone from a badly run community. I am very aware of the good communities and it so good to hear the positive stories like yours. Thanks to honest community admin we have localities like yours.

we have many people entering our offices from the bad communities for assistance. To this end we are taking on as administrators some of these communities. We will work for these communities with transparency and accountability.

Let us see if most property owners can be as content as you are.

I have read through the above posts and agree with Myra, owners should wake up, do something, take action.

In reality it is not that easy, as some of the above contributors have suggested

I would suggest anyone with a property in a community take a general look at what has happened to me and a fellow owner in the El Alarife complex in Calahonda.

Unfortunately, contrary to what one might expect, owners just get more apathetic and intimidated when a President (and wife!) have criminal convictions for violent assault on another owner.
