Mexican Restaurant in Benimar

My sis and I are coming out to La Finca for a girls weekend in Jan.  Heard the Mexican in Benimar is good and fancy a visit.  Is it likely to be open early Jan?  Also can anyone give us any ideas on where to go for good nights out.  Nothing too fancy, just busy enough, with friendly folk for a good chat?

very good grub 3 course 15euro lovely surroundings

Can anyone tell me, is this a typical Tex Mex or something more authentic?
