I have a property at Las kalendas Fortuna Murcia. I have had the property for just under a year and i am having problems getiing major defects done, the property is a new build, these items have been reported regularly over six months without any success excuses are we have no labour on site, we are not sure how we will put it right.
The property is built on the side of a slope with a supporting wall the infill around the property is 10 metres deep and was backfilled with soil instead of hardcore resulting in the garden and driveway and paths sinking. The front wall was built directly on soil without footings and is also sinking, the car port is of Gazebo style with concrets supports and one of the posts is sinking with a possibilty of about two tons of concrete supports falling. My immediate neighbours have the same problems including one of the neighbours swimming pool splitting.
I have not done any planting within the garden and have put all plans on hold waiting for repairs to be done
I know we have a credit crunch and property is not selling but i feel that it is not an excuse to not do repairs on properties under guarantee,
I would be interested to know what success other forum members have had in similiar circumstances.
