Hi i have an apartment in manilva that i am desperate to rent out, could anyone give me some ideas.I have advertised it in a number of places with no luck .

It is new two bedroom first floor.

I live in Manilva myself.

Are you trying to rent it out long term?

Have you listed it in the long term rentals section on this site?

Which urbanisation is it on?

How much are you asking for?

Let me know and then I can probably advise you further.
