Welcome to the forum.  Think if you put your post on the Community thread further down you may get some response.  I asked our Adminstrator about this ages ago and and still waiting for an answer as I heard that the fencing in of pools is to become law pretty soon now.

Thanks Deniseatnycs for the information, the law came in i1999, and Andalucia is just getting round to it evidently, but interpretation is different in each town/region?

Law  for pools is different in every region.
