Sunset Golf La Resina Golf and Country Club near Estepona - Investment purchase

Dear all

Being new to this, and having always wanted to purchase in Spain, I came across an investment opportunity at teh above resort through 'Experience International'.

The opportunity seems to good to be true, with a down payment of £3000 with a guaranteed rental of 8% for 3 years then a compulsory buyback at 15% above purchase price of property.

Having a young family, i don't want to risk this £3k without doing the necssary searches, but can anyone come back to me with their thoughts on such a purchase?

The only thing I can say is that ' anything which sounds to good to be true' is in general not true

We are you know in a great big depression and real time deals like you outline are just not possible!

Guaranteed rentals are a marketing too and built in to the price and a guaranteed buy back at a profit ....well read the small print

if you do want to buy in Spain just now there are some super 'real deals' and there is no need to take risks on offers which are too good to be true!

Guaranteed rental schemes do not exist in Spain. So any advertising on this can be confusing for you thinking that this formula exists under same parameters than in the UK. So watch out...
