I got one and I don't post on the off-plan forums, or at least haven't done so for about 2 years.
Anyway, the "member" has been deleted now, so it shouldn't happen again...well, not till they sign up with a new user name!

Hi Gillespie & Fibby,
Even if they sign up with a new user name, they will not be able to do what they have done again!
We tried relaxing the 'PM rule' as many new users were complaining however you can see the result 1st hand by us doing so.
Thus we have now reverted back to the old system.
