I posted on this site some months ago when Goldcar Europa charged me for damaging the underneath of a car when I clearly had not.
At the time i couldnt get anyone to resolve the problem.
I am writing now with the good news that when I wrote rather than emailed Barclaycard they took the position seriously and after months of waiting they have resolved tthe matter and got the money refunded.
Thanks Barclaycard and I hope that Goldcar Europa do not pull the same stunt on any other customers. Beware of them .
