Spanish social security

Hi, can anyone help?

We are moving to Spain in june.My wife and two girls (8 and 10) will be staying full time while i will be commuting back to England.As I will be working and paying my tax in England where do we stand regarding health care?Do we pay a set amount for social security and if so how much would it cost?

thanks for your reply.

the wife and kids will be staying in Spain while I will be commuting.

I plan to work in England for about two and a half weeks then spend the rest of the month in Spain.

The way  I have worked it will mean I will spend more than 183 days back in England.
