Spain uncut DVD'S paid for but not delivered?

Has anyone else ordered the Spain Uncut DVD's and not had them delivered?
I paid for mine over 2 weeks ago and as yet have seen nothing.
I have tried contacting eyeonspain but have not had any reply
Has anyone else experienced this?

justin sent an email saying life is tough, he has had to make redundancies, he cant supply it anymore in hard copy version, you can have it on a discounted rate like siesta tv or you can have your money back
kepp trying and justin will eventually answer
