Hi, long story but I am being accused of owing €308 by my last internet company. I do not owe it and will not pay. my question is, what happens when I dont pay please?

The company wasn't Quantis by any chance? because they charged me for telephone calls i had not made and i refused to pay for, lots of threats but nothing became of it.
