Hi Maria,
I think that this question may be an unusual one for you but I would appreciate your advice.
I am in a partnership with a Spaniard ( Socidad Limitado).
I wish to dissolve the partnership and share out the assets and debts, my partner does not wish to do so as he is running a separate business using the company’s office & tools & machinery and even using and selling water belonging to the business ( we own three hours of irrigation water) and as been doing so for more than ten years.
