Spanish animals that need help

I am looking for some help ,for 8 puppies.They were born about 5-6 weeks ago ,to a stray from our village .The mother has now abandoned them,as she doesn't get much to eat and is exhausted.I have tried to get them rescued,as I have done many times ,as dogs and pups regularly get dumped here ,as we are rural .
Two of these pups have almost been run over already ,and are in a no win situation ,unless somebody rescues them,or the Spanish neighbours "dispose "of them,which has been mentioned .
