Spanish animals that need help

All the time I hear about Spanish animals that need help one way or another so this is for those animals

Rey, who currently is being fostered in Cartagena, needs a home please, he is GORGEOUS!

Rey was found in August 2012.

If Rey could speak he would say "Peeeerrrlease will someone take me home, I am in a lovely foster home at the moment where I came when I was really thin and didn't feel very well at all. My foster mummy fed me up and gave me injections everyday, which she did sneakily while I was eating, hmmm. You see I have something called 'leishmania' but I am now just on one tablet twice a day and, as you can see, I am back to full health.

My problem is - there are so many other dogs that my foster mummy has to look after and I don't like some of them so can't be out to play all the time, it's some of those other boys I don't like, they smell funny! I am happy with most of the other dogs but they say I am too big for them to play with, they are either too old and crochety or too 'delicate' and I like a good old run around and rough and tumble. I love to chase a ball too and I can bring it back, sometimes!.

I would love a place to call home so I can sit by the fire with you in the evenings and have that lovely thing you call a fuss and cuddle, I LOVE THAT!. We could also go on long walks/runs together.

Please, if you think I am handsome and you could love me and play with me, let my foster mummy know. It would make my Christmas dream come true!

I am near Cartagena but am willing to travel!"

Rey will be 3 in January & has been fully inoculated, microchipped and has a passport but he has not been neutered yet.

What a remarkable story...I remember when he was first rescued, how I cried. But look at him now - beautiful and well. Well done to his wonderful carer for this miraculous recovery.
