Wanted curret update on Arenal Phase 4

Hi everone


We are going over on the 16th June till the 23rd June, we were over in April and got our funiture delivered.
We have bought in block 4. Do you know if the swimming pool  and club house is opened yet.
Has anyone got their air conditioning working we did not have time to look into it. Also has anyone got thre alarm
working. We also need to get insurance for the fixutres and fittings. Does anyone know where I could get this.
I think (but could be wrong) that the buildings are insured with the communal charge. Looking forward to meeting 
you all. We are from Dublin.

A fellow Irishman. We are From Navan just up the road from you. Will be out on the 20th June with our twin boys (18 yrs) so look out for us and come and say hello !!  

The swimming pool has not yet got its licence but should be soon - don't know if that will be before we get there or not !! Don't know about the communal building as we were last out there in April also. We are in Block 8. Look for the woman with the "red" hair - well it used to be red.......................

Haven't organised the insurance yet either but have gotten a quote from a co called Intasure - found them on the internet. Don't know about the air con as we had no electricity when we were there. Its going to be a working holiday as we have to organise furniture - only bought the basics to begin with. Looking forward to meeting you and your family ? Where abouts in Dublin are you ?

Was on to our solicitor today. Awaiting council approval to open the swimming pool but said that the smaller pool in front of the golf course was operational !

Our son David just spend 2 weeks in our other apartment in Blok 5 - he said the big pool is open and with sun chairs
