Once complete who is you target market for rental and what is available upon completion?

This question we have been asking Polaris for months with varying answers, what will be available at completion of the Jardines for our clients convenience at the end of July.

We received  a call saying a coffee shop or cafe would be open end of July in Jardine 6 with sports amenities.

A supermarket would be at Jardine 6 also

on a previous visit not to long ago the supermarket was to be at Jardin 13

I Guess we shall just have to wait and see because I don't think anyone really knows what is happening.

We will be completing in jardine 3 shortly expecting a quality apartment on a quality resort with quality prospects for the future believe we will be right.

Good luck future neighbours

Hi Tony and Dawn

I've heard we are going to have a temporary supermarket, coffee shop on the sports area.
Also some of the games will be available  i.e. paddle tennis, basket ball, and golf range.

How true this is I don't know.  But what ever facilities they do give us we are all going to have to
support them as it is the only way we can fight for permanent shops!

Good luck with your completions

Jackie

The temporary coffee shop, supermarkets and some games facilities is what we have heard also.

I do think you are right Jackie when you talk about supporting them because the coffee shop and supermarket could go one day when the new Foro is established. I hope we can keep these facilities on Jardines 6. I know lots of the town centres on the Polaris resorts are very quiet which may be the reason for the relocation- but its also what alot of the residents quite like. Initially I'd been thinking  what the loss of the Foro meant to us (more elderly relatives going a further distance for daily basics) and what it meant if we want to rent the apartment in terms of what we can offer. But for those people who have sold up and relocated expecting the Foro to be a stones throw away it must be even more disappointing.

Then again this resort is in its infancy - its looking good now so fingers crossed for the future and maybe with golf tounaments bringing in customers for all, it will turn out to be the good bet we all thought.
