Hello, we have just returned home from our apartment. Can anyone advise me as to why the lock in the upper front gate has been removed leaving acess open to the complex? We also noted that the other gate appears to be left unshut most of the time. The complex is however looking very well and the gardens are much improved since I was out in October.
Thanks, Mary

Hi Mary, I don't know any details about why the locks have been removed but I have received this message from Jean Kouijzer on the 17th July.  Hope this helps, regards, Ray
Please be advised that the locks on both entrance gates at Hacienda are being changed this weekend.
You will be allocated a new key - when you are next at the complex - Ishmael the concierge has them.
If you have guests arriving before this - they will have to ask him for the new key.

Kind Regards
Jean

Hi

I have just returned from Hacienda after three lovely weeks. The locks on the gates have now been changed and the gates now close, however at the end of this month new and high gates are being installed. We are getting alot of other residents living elsewhere coming in, or climbing over, and using the tennis and pool areas the locks will remain the same.
By the way the gardens are looking better each time we visit.

Jose

We've only just heard about the lock change from our management agency - anyone know a contact email address or telephone number for us to arrange for a new set?

Is there a process (or email distribution list) in place to advise owners of when changes like this occur?

Many thanks,

Steve & Fiona
