An unoficial meeting was held last night in the swimming pool, and I have been asked to give a brief summary
Turn out was reasonable for a meeting that was really a get together/brainstorming session
The biggest talk of the night was that the people who wanted the meeting were not there, and did not say they were not coming, everyone waited about 15 mins longer before starting the meeting
Subjects discussed
I took the opportunity to go through the finances report, and point out we still have
28 people who have not paid, this led to discussion on what we can do, I explained the law about taking people to court, and what we can do now, I think this took some people by surprise and cleared the reason I go after people quite hard, its OK saying I am going to, but we are now over six month into payments and we are desperate for the money now
What does our support company do for us ( the cost works out at 5.5 Euro per house per month for all that I described in my breakdown)
Animals fouling in the streets
Where we are as a community
The long term voting system allowing other changes to houses (same as the gate vote)
Issues ongoing for the community i.e. Land clearance/Street cleaning/Police visits etc
All of the above got a fair bit of discussion
Bonus----I was approuched by the young spanish lad who lives at the back of me, and he wants to be involved with getting more info to the spanish families,
