Can anyone one offer any help on the above subject? Now we all or most have had our homes for 1 year has anyone got any advise on Insurance for me. Last year I think we all got a bit overwhelmed at buying our homes that we got pushed into the 1st thing we got offered for insurance.
 
My quote for the coming year, 29th March is 159.68 euros and thats from a local company up in Torrevieja and it’s for the following two-bed townhouse, for 90.000.00 Euros re build cover & 10.000.00 Euros contents cover.
 
Don’t know if this is good or bad…HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks fairly OK to me, but I am no expert, I took out buildings and contents at the same time as my mortgage through Banco Popular on a 3 bed townhouse and the figure was 148e, this will no doubt rise slightly this year, and in terms of re-builkd i dont think we would be that much different for a 2 or a 3 bed.
