while not trying to put a downer on your concerns regarding drainage from upper terrace, i would be surprised if polaris world would allow any extra drainage pipes to be fitted as it would not conform to the overall and uniformed image of the whole development. i think i am right in saying that this is standard building practice in spain regarding a hole in the middle of the terrace. the thinking behind this is it rains little but rapidly and dry 's even quicker.
