HI Everyone!! 
We complete on the 22nd July for Garden 10 {hopefully}. Any neighbours out there?
Does anyone have any idea if the habitation certificates will be ready?
Have to say this forum has been a Godsend since we recently found it and it looks like we're going to be in a lovely friendly community!
We're from Central Scotland.

Welcome to the forum we are in Jardine 2 and should have completed on 1st July but the Hab Cert wasn't ready, completed today so it wasn't too long to wait. The Certs don't seem to be coming in any particular order so you may be lucky and it will be ready as they seem to be coming through thick and fast now

Hi Avril & Stewart
Welcome and good luck with completion - I am set to complete on Tuesday 15th and still not had it confirmed if habitation certificates are ready or not - but I am looking forward to going and seeing the apartment even if only to snag on Monday, we are onJardin 13 so just up the road a bit.
Look forward to meeting you in the famous but possibly invisble 'Watering Hole 'soon.

We're going to be in Spain for a week on 20th, so had hoped to have the keys to fit lights while we're there. We're lucky, Stewart's a joiner by trade and all-round handyman.

You are right, the forum is great and everyone gets on well. Here's hoping for a great community. We're in garden 9 next to you and we should have had completion on the 2nd july but the habitation cert did not arrive, now it's wednesday 16th assuming we get the HC. As Jackie and Andy said it's hit and miss whoever gets them first.

We are in Jardine 10 and we are going over to Spain on Sunday - hopefully to complete on Monday and snag on Tuesday. We are in J1098 and through this forum already know our neighbours in the apartment below us. What number apartment are you in?

We're J1102 so looks like we're very close neighbours! Hope all goes smoothly for you. Yes, hopefully we'll get together some time. It's all so exciting. I cant wait to be able to unwind.
We' re going back on the 11th Oct. for a week to furnish etc. and then from 20th Dec. to 10th Jan for a proper break, hope those dates co-incide with others hols!

Just looking at plan of Jardin 10 and we are actually next door but one to you!!
After next week our next trip over is in November to furnish the apartment, aircon etc - but we might see you in the new year as we are thinking about going over the first week in January.

It really is great to hear about the neighbours. When do you complete? Yes, a welcome party would be fantastic! This forum is just great. It's a relief to know that there are people in the same situation. It's new teritory for us and a bit nerve wracking so this is all good positive stuff.

This is all new to us as well we complete on the 4th August but the solicitor is doing the completion for us but we are coming out to look round on the 8th and 9th can only get away for 2 days i work at Gatwick Airport so getting time off in August is impossible but will try and make the most of it after the summer.

We are in J1068. We were to complete on 2nd July but habitation certificate wasn't ready. We have had the snagging done and not too many problems. My sister Sandra andbrother in law Kevin will be out in Spain in August and hope to get a lot of the bits and pieces and sorted then and are then coming out for a week in October for a supposed holiday - we will see about that!! I hope to be out sometime in September - trying to coincide when the utilities will be fuctional!!. We are also from Scotland (Sandra and Kevin live in Dumfries and I live in Glasgow) so we look forward to meeting you and any others in the neighbouring jardines when we are out. We are hoping to spend Christmas in our new abode this year too!

Hi Everybody,
Linda & Harry here, from J1074 of Jardine 10 too.
We've just completed this week (21st & 2nd July), having done the normal NIE, Snagging & Notary etc.
Just to come back on a couple of points we've seen on this thread.
1) We've got our Hab.Certificate from Helena Labarta of PW before going over - if anyone needs her email address let me know.
2) Having seen Jardine 10, we were surprised at seeing the wall,(!!!) but more importantly, how far the fence (surrounding the pool) is away from the pool - does any one else have any opinion on this?
3) How short of horticulture J10 seems to be in comparision with others.

Maybe the horticulture is still being put in? On some of the photo's we'd noticed that the bourganvillia only seems to be on the show apartments which will be a big pity as its such a splash of colour. Lets hope they still have planting to do.
Not sure what to make of the distance the fences are from the pool, there does seem to be differences across the gardens. The fences are a necessity but not particulalry pretty.
