When you return to their offices on site after your snagging they ask you to sign the various bits and pieces relating to the works etc needing attention. They then ask you if you would like them to be the keyholders for the property for 6 months free of charge and, if you wish, for another 6 months after that if you wish, later, for an extra €75 euros. Not a bad deal for the 1st year keyholding service.
