Hi all

I wonder if anyone can tell me what time Condado closes up for the evening?  I am going over Sunday evening flying back 11pm
Monday evening.  So when all the NIE stuff has been done, I am hoping to drive to the Condado to have a look at it.  But I am sure I saw somewhere it closes at 6pm.

Can anyone tell me what the situation is with the Jardines now people have actually completed and have keys to there apartments obviously they cannot be told to leave the site surely???

Not sure what time the contsruction closes (4.00 ish ??) but you can get into the main site 24x7 - as there is no security off the main road into the entrance.

Be prepared that NIE at Murcia may take you a long time as its chaotic and scary - it may be that you solicitor can get you to jump the queue. DONT park in the car park next door as you run the risk of being trapped in there for hours as cars are double and treble parked !

I am sure you can get into the Jardines, as you say guys have completed and are now residential, but the areas that are still under construction wil be closed / fenced off and probably guarded by security.

Thanks for the info Mark.  Yes I am not looking forward to the Notary Office but hopefully with PW and I think my spanish solicitor will be with us , like you say it might push things along quicker.

OhI I do hope I can get near to my apartment,  maybe as I am not do to complete until August they might not let me in as I am not an offical owner yet.  Oh well fingers crossed and toes.

No problem - the process for the NIE number takes 10 seconds,  simply sign a piece of paper at a counter in the doorway, while your solictor holds up you passport for the official to check, (which he doesnt ) and its done  - the rest your Solictor can do at a later date.
