For all of you stuck in the UK on a wet dismal day - this is the view at 9.00am this morning from our villa roof terrace overlooking the new golf course, across to the white buildings which are the new villas on the course we play at Aguílon and across to the mountains. It's 35degrees c, fairly humid and not a cloud in the sky. Put this on your desktop - at least you'll have some blue skies to cheer you up instead of looking out of the window and feeling fed up. To be honest, this photo could have been taken anytime over the last several weeks - it's always the same - fantastic!
The development is looking superb and even the local residents who were a little scathing about it when we first started coming out here are now saying how good it looks, how good the houses are (yes, they've all been round the show house, it wouldn't surprise me if the office staff are spending most of their time showing holiday makers and local residents around at the moment as part of the sight seeing tour - castle, beach, Cals del Pinar.........) and what a super location so close to everything, walking distance to everywhere.
And I edited my post for all the spelling mistakes after sampling a bottle of vino - we were helping friends out, they go back home this weekend after 2 months out here (they're in a villa around the corner from us) and still had several bottles of wine to drink - seemed churlish not to help - however, re-reading again this morning, I can see I told you I'd been IN the vino not ON the vino - hey ho!
