            My brother brought to my attention a web sight on the same page as eos. The advert was for a villa on Roda poss phase 1 or 2 in the advert said that it had the use of 6 pools. It would seem that they are giving false information to their renters.

There are plenty of people who are renting on Roda and other places who are giving false information and there is nothing we can do about it. The beach distance varies from 2 minutes walk to five minutes drive etc etc which is just one example of false information.  

Let´s face it pool usage is virtually impossible to police especially during the summer with the number of renters on Roda so it is best to live with it for now and when it gets to the stage (highly unlikely for at least two or three years) that you can´t get into the pools then it is time to worry. Hopefully with more than 30 pools we will never really have a problem. 

Best to focus on what is great about Roda and I have had some brilliant feedback from my renters over the summer so we are in the right resort at the right time!!!

Just a query - I quote  about 5 minutes drive to the beach and a 20 minute walk  - that is about right to Los Narejos beach surely - please correct me if I am wrong!  Any advice gladly received and I can correct my advertising.

In spring, autumn and winter the driving time of 5 minutes to the beach is probably right but in summer (July and August) it can take anything from 20 minutes up to 40 minutes not including parking. We are just back home and we had a lovely time at Roda but the roads were extremely busy and the beach packed every day with parking spaces at a premium after ten am. 

The Beach Club really came into its own for us in the last few weeks with good parking if you chose to drive and the door to door service also wonderful. I can´t wait to get back down to Murcia.

Just back from Roda it is no more than a 5 min drive parking can be a problem and they will tow you away if you park illegaly. we have always found a parking space if you dont try and park to close. It is very easy to park near the roundabout with el patio and the 535 hotel and walk 3-5 mins from there.

I would agree with 5 min drive but the walk is a good 45 mins. we go on the bikes regularly and this even takes 20 mins.Driving has never taken us more than 5 mins even when busy in August.

I would say it is slightly quicker to go through the main sqaure past Angelas Restaurant if walking which takes us 30 mins. which is I think a different beach not los narejos.
