I do have a life too and I am allowed out occasionally to visit other places like internet cafe to have adult conversations and answer emails to my clients and friends, thats ususally between 6-8pm - I really dont know what I have done to offend certain people but since my departure form Uk on 14th Aug there has been some underhanded things going on and I have not responded because I dont feel I have to but I have done nothing wrong and by answering threads or emails is not a crime its how I run my business

Hi Carol and Charlie,
      First of all, welcome to the forum and we do hope eventually you will enjoy the banter as well as finding it useful. We have been on this forum for a long time now along with the likes of Carol, angelbabe, Shampers, the many Phils etc. At the start there were just a few of us and we all got along really well, the forum is still a good read and the membership has grown, we haven't been able to get on as much as we would have liked as we find reading all the threads takes time. If you read way back on this forum you will notice that Carol works her socks off and does manage to cram loads of things into one day. Don't know how she does it, she's a hard worker so all the luck in the world to her.
      We're hoping for a great community spirit on Condado and with the likes of Carol, Mark and Tracey and others who are living out there they will be our main contacts. So hopefully you will join us in making this work and enjoying our home in the sun, we really hope you do.

I agree with most of that............ Phil's pic of me on the stairs brought back many happy memories as a kid, tho off to bed with no supper was the favourite, and no bloody TVs and PS2s in my bedroom when i was a kid !

and Chris, if you look at my posts ratio then you may well find its about 98% frivolity / 2% ultra deadly serious (maybe 80/20 if using a word count tho), just hope no-one ever mixes em up  or Cappielow will need to step in.

Anyway got 4 txs for each of the 20/20 Ashes games at Old Trafford today.............. so I'm made up ........... just waiting for the test match sales for Edgbaston and Headingly to go on sale next month.

Angelbabe/Carol has just moved onto Condado Jardin 13,  j1455, and is providing key holding/cleaning etc.  I think she's having a few probs with internet at the moment but can be contacted via PM on this site, or look back on previous posts. I think she has a new Spanish tel no;

Over time, lots of members have become friends, and feel we can trust Carol with our place in the sun.

      Welcome to the forum. The measurements for the 3rd bedroom are, the back wall is 120" long, the wall where the window's located is 80" and from that wall to the door frame is 86" long. Sorry about the sizes being in inches. Hope that helps.

Just picked up your message regarding key holding & change over. These are the details we posted earlier on this thread of the couple we are using. 

Having just completed on Jardine 2 we returned back to England to prepare for our final retirement in Spain. 
Whilst we were there we met Tracy and Mark Stephenson on Jardine 10 who have offered help on this forum previously. They are a very nice couple and extremely helpful and professional. We have used them to help with our first clean and fitting lights. They hold our keys so they can be there for our air con installation. I can recomend them to anyone needing help as their costs are reasonable with a high standard.

We will be returning mid September when we look forward to meeting our new neighbours especially now the bar will be open.
