Does anyone have any evidence or experience as to the availability of Spanish mortgages during the current financial dilema the world seems to be facing, i.e. are they as readilly available as they were a year or so ago & what are the rates like?
We are looking to arrange our `balance` soon and would appreciate any advice or suggestions.
