Just to let you all know that I watched a programme on the Costa Calida on the ’Overseas Property Channel' on Sky over the weekend. Amidst the general concerns about delays and bank guarantees, it was quite heartening to see Corvera Golf & Country Club getting some coverage. The majority of the programme was as you would expect focusing on Murcia itself, and of course the beaches etc etc. Out of the blue the presenter of the programme was standing overlooking Corvera and the mountain backdrop and done a little piece on Corvera Golf & Country Club. They showed some pictures of the show apartment and the presenter was commenting on the general opinion that when the development is finished it is going to be, quote; "quite spectacular".
I think looking on the grand scheme of things, although the development is 6 months delayed, this was due to licensing problems and now that ground works are under way we will start to see construction photo's on their web site and progress will swing rapidly just like Roda did. I actually think Corvera is going to be more stunning than Roda, especially when you look at the property locations and density (far less cluttered). For all those that have taken the plunge and reserved their property - congratulations and stay positive!
