I do not know how many of you have bought more than one appartment or house as an investment, l but I've got an idea that I would like some feedback on...
In my case I have signed up for 4 appartments (1 to own and 3 to sell with profit to finance the one to keep)
OK You do not have to tell me that it was a bad idea, but it seemed as a really good idea at the time
Now I am at risk to pay the rest of the cost for the 4 appartments and by that risking to loose even more money, and that does not seem to be a good idea at this time
SO my dream situation would be to get something for the money that I have already paid to GT. I really would like to have a place of my own in Spain.
And in all fairness, I do not think GT is gaining anything by building something that people does not want - but again I would assume that they are more than willing to build the houses that people want.
And given the current market situation in Spain these days we should also ask for a reduction in the price. GT must be saving something on the general market situation.
So if anyone in GT reads this I wold be keen to have some feedback of the possibilities to start negotiations.
Anyone else that have some thougts on this...
