Hi everyone,
I got an email finally from PMV detailing all the conditions and charges for them to rent out our apt  OMG I'm not happy!! I mean they charge you €118 everytime you stay in your own apt!! please tell me there is someother way around using PMV. I'd be grateful to hear everyones suggestions.

Might sound thick but who are PMV...?
Also, anyone trying to charge me for staying in my own appartment after the stress of buying it can kiss my donkey...!

HI Phil,
Just realised that I also must have had a blonde moment  its meant to read PWV ...doh!!! as in Polaris World Vacaciones. I get where you are coming from I am still in shock that we will be charged to use it ourselves!!!

Dont they restrict the dates you can use it and those weeks are then free- then if you want to use it in the peak weeks you have to pay? This is what we thought they told us when we enquired- have we got that wrong?

the 118 euros is their cleaning cost before and after your stay.my bigger worry is the fact they demand you buy their linen and towels at extortionate cost.i am looking for alternative renting offices.if anyone finds a good one please send me a pm(and i dont mean gordon brown!)
