We were out in Altea a couple of weeks ago when they had some torrential rainfall. G block had problems with water in the lift shaft again although the pump that has been put in place did eventually clear it.E block seemed to have more problems with the lobby outside the lift area also flooded - I assume a pump may have now been installed there too.
We were out again this weekend for a brief visit and had more heavy rain.I can only speak for G block as we didnt have a chance to look at others.In G however the rain had come in at the first landing level (where there is a door out to the back of the apartments) It had come through the doorway and also seeped through the low part of the walls which I think are granite clad !
For those with store rooms you may want to check out that they are not damp too because ours certainly is and we are in the middle of taking this up with Ballester.
We intend to bring this to the attention of the forthecoming meeting and thought that others might like to have this information too.
