I am very attracted to a 2 bed appt. on Condado de Alhama. The appt. is completed and is for sale at 90,000 Euros. The offer looks to good to be true, especially as PW are offering same appts. at 120,000 Euros. Why is the appt. so cheap ?
What fact have I missed ? Or is it just a bargain in todays climate ? Please help. Can't sleep !!!!!

It's probably someone looking for a quick sell rather than complete. Some people are in this position for numerous reasons, usually financial ones and would rather loose part of their payment and walk away. Make sure you take advise if you buy to make sure it's all above board, etc..
