Hi everybody, I have uploaded some photo's that were emailed to me from a contact in Spain who gained access to the building site.
I have also received the following email from Carmen re some points I raised with her re the completion of the facilities in line with our completion date for phase 2

Regarding your email below, the number of properties that we have already sold is approximately 1200€. For the hotel and commercial area, everything goes according to the plan, we do not have an established date yet. Hereby I would like to give you some information regarding the first installations that will be available for you when you complete. You will receive anyway more detailed information by the end of this year. We are preparing this at the moment. We expect to open the golf course end 2009 and at the same time we will open a beautiful clubhouse that will have a golf shop, changing rooms a qualified restaurant and bar with big terrace area. There also will be a convenience shopping facility available and some other sport facilities like tennis, paddle and sport fields. Progressively there will be even more. But again, soon you will receive some nice information about this. I hope this has clarified your questions.
