Snagging townhouse phase 3B

Hi, we are due to complete on our townhouse in phase 3B.

I would like to hear from anyone who has completed on a townhouse in this phase and what the results of the snagging were.

We completed last month and the snagging was quite minimal thankfully. We couldn't manage to visit to complete the snagging personally so allowed a Roda supervisor to complete this for us. We arrived in Spain a week later and found a couple of problems but as the builders were still on site managed to complete these within a week. Generall the property is great but if you could be there to complete the snagging personaly I would. The builders have now moved to Phase 4 so could be a problem finding someone to visit. Roda staff (vanessa & ana) are very helpful if you persist in your requests so I would advise this is most important if you want any problems resolving.
