hello - we signed at the notary in Benalmadena last tuesday and got thr keys. we were able to put our furniture in the week before. the apartment is very dusty and despite saying they would clean it for us - they didn't. Anyway our solicitor applied for the electricity supply but it was not installed by the time we left on saturday.
There were about 3 families that had moved in - one said it was important to change the lock as they had experience of people being robbed.
The complex still has a bit of work to do - gardens, gate locks and in need of a general clean up - but we have finally moved in
