Hi,

I'm the owner of an appartment in Manzana 5 and completed the purchase in May of this year with no problems.

As you would expect, I have been following the general planning problems with a lot of interest and confusion. I'm still confused.

If anyone is around over Christmas and would like to meet up for a drink and a chat, please send a reply.
