Sorry for vague question but is La Tercia real the same as La Nueva Tercia. I was looking at some properties on web & can't decide if they are the same or not. If they are different is Peinsa the builder for Nueva Tercia ?

Any info much appreciated.

Jim

No Neuvo Tercia is adjoining Tercia Spanish village,  Tercia Real is about 5 mins away and it looks as if no work is going on there and opposite Tercia Real is La Tercia United Golf Resorts which is definelty alive and kicking as we visited some people there yesterday,    Hope this helps.

I confirm you that La Nueva Tercia IS NOT the same La Tercia Real.

La Nueva Tercia is a keyready development. We´re in the town of La Tercia, where you can find all amenities (supermarkets, bars, social and medical centre, sprots pavilion, buses, 14 golf courses less than 15 minutes drive, etc).

If you´ve some question about the area or our properties, please don´t hesitate to contact us.

Hi

We are coming on Saturday to view a end house on Bartoleme street, but the estate agent has said the bank haven't released the keys yet we may not get to look around.  I know it is a long shot, but does anybody know if there are any problems with this property or if it is in a good state of repair internally.  There is another house on Cuidad Deportivo that we are still going to look at, but I really wanted to copare the 2 as they are similar price.

I would also appreciate any comments from people who live in the area regarding the safety, bars, restaurants and property management in the village.

Thanks

Tracey
