Hi all La Tercia buyers,

Like some of you i also recieved a phonecall last week saying building would start in the next two weeks and were advised by our solicitor that the developer was just waiting for the stamped papers to come from the town hall.

I was just wondering if anyone is out their at the mo to let us know as soon as building starts if it does at all?

Also would be interested to hear from any of our future neighbours as we have bought on plot Y4.

Keeping my fingers crossed of good news soon.

Hi to everyone - we went out beginning of Jan to do all the legal stuff and were advised that building should start within 6 weeks (end of Feb!).  As yet we have not heard anything from our rep agency or our solicitors.  While there, we got talking to another couple who had been waiting since June 2005 - it doesn't fill me with confidence.  How does everyone else feel.  I think our plot is Q21 anyone near there?
