Hi Andy,

We heard today that our sale on a three bed paula has just been completed yesterday so whooa hoo!! We are happy campers. We just got back from the Costa del Sol on Sunday, and I have to say, I know it has all the facilities, restaurants etc. etc. but it's so incredibly built up and they are still building. I'm so glad we have chosen to buy in Murcia.

Where and when are you meeting up in Coventry? If we are around, we might just come and say hello. It'd be great to meet other LTR owners and make some friends.

We only get back from Murcia on the 29th August but we'll bring any up to date photos, although nothing is due to start until October time so it might be prety baron (bar the show homes which were there last time we were out there in March).

What plot are you guys, I take it you're renting your place out rather than the big hold your nose and jump?

Hi MacRae Family (apologies for missing a out last time !)

We bought a 3 bed Roda on plot P5 in March 2006.

Our 2 sons are aged 16 & 12, so they are at the age where we need to give them time to see out their school years and then see what happens, we would prefer not to rent out commercially and will probably only offer to close friends & family.

My background is sales & logistics so too date I have not come up with an idea to gain employment in Murcia apart from window cleaner, painter (white wall painting would definitely reduce the stress) or maybe estate agent.... I could also be the golf or pool attendant, I could think of worse things in the glorious sunshine of Spain !

What are your plans bearing in mind you are taking the permanent decision straight off ?

We will be at Coventry (unsure if the boys will attend) so plenty of time to discuss all our plans, we hope to meet you there.

We are Jan and Den, we bought last May.on AB25 a Myriam 2 bed we are going out to live permenantly.

Just got back,have seen showhouses for first time and was very impressed. Be great when they start building them. We were told by the girls that they were starting the foundations in September and that they were vey happy that everything is now in place to start building. Not sure but hope thye meants this September? Would have contacted before but not long had my PC and still finding my way around it .

Glad we found this sight and the LTR owners sight, just got ot figure out how to get onto forum as just get bounced back

We are the Coles Family and bought just before you in March 2006 and only recently returned ourselves and were impressed with the villas.

There appear to be a good number of your planning to live permanently, we are a little envious, but time will tell for us.....

Congratultions on your purchase at LTR.  We are Val & Dave and we are also moving out permanently, and can't wait.  Our plot is near you on AB7, and our villa is a 3 bed Paula.  We purchased early April 2006, so just before you.  We were also very impressed with the show houses when we were over there in March.  We are going back again in October so hopefully there will be some progress with the foundations.  Our camara will be very busy if so.  Have you registered on the forum for LTR owners before trying to post?  Andy will probably contact you and give you guidance if you are having problems.  Are you going to Coventry on 1st September?

Congratulations on your purchases, that's the way to do it, all the family moving over permanently.  We are also making a permanent move, roll on 2008, should be an exciting year.  We thought the site would be a ghost town most of the time with a lot of people purchasing for holiday homes, but it seems there are quite a few of us who are making a permanent move, so it should be a good community.   We are looking forward to seeing your photographs at Coventry, keep clicking away.

Hi to everyone,

I have already emailes val and dave, we are the Parr family and purchased myriam 3 bed last nov and are in plot AB5.

We were out in La Terica last weekend. We were very impressed by the standards of the show houses and are happy with our house. we have been given completion time of next May 2008.

We were slightly disappointed by seemingly lack of progress in general on the rest of site. apparently all liciences are in place now and so no more excuses for starting to build. i don't think much will happen August as spainish are mainly on hols, so lets hope they start sept with a flourish!

Please include us in the owners map and can u tell me how to view it. also we took some photos which i will try to upload are there instructions on that too? They are mostly of the myriam and very similar to whats already on.

Look forward to meeting everyone in spain we are using it for hols and hope to perhaps rent out to friends and family

Glad to read the posts today about the licences now being in place and as someone else was told starting with the foundations in September.  This is the best news we have had in a long time.   Andy should contact you about the owners map and uploading photographs, he's our computer expert.  Will you be going to the get together in September at Coventry?  Andy has details of that as well if your interested.  Look forward to seeing you in sunny Spain if not.
