Hi All,
I just thought I'd let you all know that we have today had news from my solicitor informing me that the proposed handover date for properties at LTR is now late 2008. Has anyone else heard this?

Hi Ian, Kelly & Callum,
Have a look at our "other forum". PM me if you don't know what I mean. There has been quite a heated discussion on there where we are trying to get to the bottom of what is happening on LTR. There are some forum members over there now, and we go over later this week. We will have some news when we all return, let's hope it's good.

Hi Everyone
Spoke to elena this week she said that building was to commence in December and completion would be Dec 08.
She also said they have a building licence which according to our lawyer is not so.

Yes but we are getting conflicting reports. We were told Sep 08 completion at the site office and building licence issued but solicitors seem to be saying nothing is official. Other people are saying completion Dec 08 now....who knows. We have been told so many incorrect dates in the past my head starts to spin now.
