HI EVERYBODY {COTO REAL KHOIS BLOCK }WE PURCHASED A GROUND FLOOR 3 BED  ON OUR LAST HOLIDAY IN AUGEST 2006 . THE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD ALLROUND ,WITH A NICE BIG BALCONEY

WE `VE BOUGHT OURS DUE TO SOMEONE ELSE PULLING OUT . WE `VE PAID 304.000 EUROS  CAN ANY BODY TELL US WHAT THEY PAID WHEN BOUGHT OFF PLAN , ALSO WHATS THE STORY WITH EVERYBODY SHARING THE POOLS FROM THE OTHER BLOCKS ,MY PICTURE SHOWS OTHER POOLS BY THE OTHER APARTMENTS {SAMOS}WAS MENT TO HAVE ONE INFRONT OF THERE BUILDING .WE ARE NOW GOING OUT ON THURSDAY THE 14TH OF DECEMBER TO COMPLETE ON KHOIS , HAS ANY BODY ELSE COMPLETED AND IS ANY BODY GOING TO BE LIVING THERE FULL TIME , THANKS VERY .KELLY AND RICK

We bought in Khios in the 1st phase 2 and a half years ago for 253,000 euros and this is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the ground floor.

We have been told by ocean estates its value will be around 320,000 euros at the moment but no chance of selling it.

The people living or holidaying in the block behind us (samos) will share our pool but i have been told it doesnt matter what block you are in because you can use any pool.

We will complete in January as we have not finalised our mortgage yet.

We plan to use it as a holiday home and also hope to rent ,
