is their any body else thinking of not completeing on their apartment or is it just me missing a trick here
why would any body want to pay after costs etc in excess of 250 k sterling for an apartment worth at best 60 % of that
even hoping that the euro weakens and the market picks up why would anybody gamble like this .
i would like to see proof that a investor has brought the last 18 apartment and if he did at what price i cant imagine how low that price would need to be .
if hes out their come and buy mine no 501 corner plot ill cut you a great deal .i personally dont belive half of what im told on this site anymore . smd and bank have made me such a good deal according to els my solititors by cutting me a mortage at 1.25 above euro interbanking rate if i want it and deferring the payments for 18 months big deal i dont think
